You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for:

• A full refund
• A free replacement
• Store credit (if you'd like to try something else)

What qualifies for a return

• Unused items in original packaging
• Defective or damaged products (send us a photo, we'll fix it immediately)
• Wrong item received

What doesn't qualify

• Used items showing significant wear (unless defective)
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

How to start a return

Email support@plyzo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.

When you'll get your refund

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Damaged on arrival?

Don't worry about returning it. Send us a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
