Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Plyzo purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

✅ 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@plyzo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in original condition

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@plyzo.com with a photo and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
